USA. Hoffman Group thanks to new Myrtle Beach condo owners at Oceans One resort
Thursday, 20 July 2006
In recognition of achieving the required pre-sales level needed for starting construction, The Hoffman Group is expressing sincere thanks to all the new Myrtle Beach condo owners at Oceans One Resort. Naturally that thanks extends to all the other participants needed to turn the project from dream into reality including Hoffman agents and staff, the Smith Family as developer, Mozingo & Wallace Architects LLC as project architect, Carolina First Bank as lender, and R.J. Griffin & Company as general contractor.
David Hoffman, CEO of The Hoffman Group, states, "When the project was released to pre-sales, every now and then, a property of such scope and magnitude emerges that it presents the opportunity for the creation of something truly extraordinary and inspired. Oceans One is such a property."
Comprising an area currently served by four Myrtle Beach oceanfront resorts -- Sea Shore, Lands Inn, Bar Harbor and Bermuda Sands -- and several smaller hotels on the west side of Ocean Boulevard, the Oceans One site spans two city blocks and over 700 feet of sparkling Atlantic coastline.
A series of soaring ultra-modern condominium resort high rises will be surrounded by a host of amenities and services, as well as residential and commercial components destined to transform this area of Myrtle Beach into a modernist mini-city, fully contained and wrapped within the Grand Strand's growing and promising future.
Pre-sales for Myrtle Beach's Oceans One Resort have been brisk even in the face of predicted market slowing. In fact, only 5 of the 136 units in Phase One are still available for purchase. Construction is set to begin October 2006 after the current vacation season.
