USA. JP King to auction sea front homes on Gulf of Mexico

Sunday, 16 July 2006

A newly built mansion in the exclusive Four Mile Village will be sold at auction Saturday, Aug. 5, with J.P. King Auction Company managing the sale.

Selling the same day will be 14 home sites in Cape Isle Preserve on Cape San Blas - 10 of them fronting on the Gulf of Mexico.

The Cape San Blas auction will be held at the property and will begin at 10 a.m. EDT. The auction of the mansion will be held at the home at 6 p.m. CDT.

The five-bedroom home on approximately 1.39 acres features a heated pool with two waterfalls, a hot tub overlooking the coast, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and more than 5,000 square feet of travertine flooring imported from Turkey.

The unique Four Mile Village is a gated community set between the Gulf and the Topsail State Park, providing a rare haven from encroaching development.

All 14 of the Cape San Blas home sites have beach access and views of both the gulf and the bay. One of these sites has approximately 108 feet of gulf frontage, one has 77 feet, one has 60 feet, and seven have approximately 50 feet each.

The sites were designed so that the building areas are behind the Coastal Construction Control Line, permitting owners to build without having to seek approval from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
