New Zealand & USA. IBEX Award makes it a Double for Fastmount

Innovation and performance have been rewarded at Fastmount Ltd with their clips winning two awards in as many weeks. The IBEX Innovation Award in the Hardware Fittings Category was awarded to G&T Industries, the U.S distributor for the Fastmount™ clips, at IBEX 2006 The International BoatBuilders Exhibition. Just two weeks previously the Fastmount team and Lane Plastics were honoured to receive the joint ‘Silver Award in Export’ from Prime Minister Helen Clark at the 2006 New Zealand Plastics Industry Design Awards.

Fastmount™ clips provide a panel mounting solution which provides a superior finish with perfect panel alignment every time. Panels can quickly & easily be removed & refitted in any sequence to exactly the same location time after time. The clips were developed by a team working in Super Yacht fit-out in response to problems with existing systems. The patented system is based on a sprung ball and socket fastener, the clips are now used by custom yards, refit centers, production and superyacht builders around the world to secure everything from ceilings to external panels and bolsters.
