Tapani Voionmaa, Group General Counsel at Finnlines Plc, has been re-elected as Chairman of the Board for the Finnish Shipowners’ Association for the period 2018–2019. The Association’s meeting took place in Helsinki on 30 November 2017.

The Finnish Shipowners’ Association safeguards the competitiveness and operating conditions of Finnish shipping companies in all sectors. Its members include 25 Finnish shipping companies and 105 ships.

“Being re-elected to the top of this association is an honour for me. Consequently, the important work to promote the shipping industry in these challenging times continues”, said Tapani Voionmaa.
