Abu Dhabi, UAE, 1st November 2017
Innovations designed to increase cost efficiency, safety and ease of operation for long term sustainability will be featured by Fugro at ADIPEC 2017 in Abu Dhabi. The geo-intelligence and asset integrity solutions provider will be hosted by GASOS, its long-term partner in the region, on stand 4410.
Amongst the solutions featured on the stand will be developments for marine site characterisation (encompassing surveys and investigations to establish the characteristics of marine development areas, sites and routes; and associated technical studies) and marine asset integrity (including IRM services; monitoring and remote systems technologies; and testing and engineering capabilities to support the long-term safety and integrity of natural and man-made marine assets).
A model ROV on the stand will highlight Fugro’s ROV services for field support in the region as well as its successful Abu Dhabi-based ROV Training Centre, where comprehensive courses combine hands on experience with structured studies.
One of the highly sought-after Lego models of a Fugro vessel will be the daily prize in a competition on Fugro’s exhibition stand, where visitors can also enjoy barista-made fresh coffee.
“Innovation and technology are key strategic drivers and are high on Fugro’s agenda,” explains Regional Director, Mike Dravitzki. “We consistently invest in new developments to support our clients in achieving their goals.
“At an Innovation Fair we held recently in Europe, we featured a host of new solutions relating to marine site characterisation and asset integrity. We look forward to sharing these innovations with ADIPEC visitors.
