Northrop & Johnson is delighted to welcome Michael Payne as Managing Director Europe.

Prior to joining Northrop & Johnson, Michael was the CEO of Camper & Nicholsons, based in the Monaco office. Michael says that this role was one of the biggest accomplishments of his career. He has sold in excess of 200 yachts throughout his career and had a hand in numerous new construction projects.

Michael says that every yacht sold is memorable, but to date, his favorite memory was the moment he accepted his new role as Managing Director Europe at Northrop & Johnson. “I have always respected Kevin Merrigan and the Northrop & Johnson team. It’s a company that I have always admired and now I am thrilled about my new role. It will be a big challenge, but it is something that I have experience with and I’m excited to get started.”

“I’m looking most forward to hitting the targets expected of me,” says Michael. “I’m definitely on a mission in my new position as Managing Director Europe and I look forward to performing with the Northrop & Johnson team.”
