It’s not every day that an ex Soviet spy ship is converted into a luxury superyacht, and that's not really surprising, as it takes a lot of time, money and dedication for the project to successfully completed.

The La Sultana Hotel Group, who acquired the vessel built in 1962 as Aji-Petri, were bold enough to allow a virtually unrestricted budget for the conversion, which was undertaken by the French naval-architecture firm Orion Naval Engineering, and features outstanding workmanship throughout..
