Deepwater Horizon Response Grand Isle decontamination site
GRAND ISLE, La. - Contract workers with Miller Environmental Services transport oiled boom from vessels at the dock in Grand Isle to a decontamination site where the boom will be cleaned and repaired for reuse July 27, 2010. Due to the heat and the required personal protective gear responders here work for 20 minutes and rest for 40 before heading back into the heat.
