GULF OF MEXICO - The Coast Guard Cutter Decisive steams through the Gulf of Mexico as dark clouds from Tropical Storm Bonnie enter the gulf. The Decisive, a 210-foot cutter homeported in Pascagoula, Miss., is acting as the main search and rescue platform during operations to put a permanent cap on the BP wellhead.
