The tenth tropical storm of the season forms, this one is Josephine

At 1500 UTC, the centre of tropical storm Josephine was located about 125 miles south-southwest of the most southern of the Cape Verde Islands.
Josephine is moving west at about 15mphand a general west-northwestward motion at about the same speed is forecast for the next couple of days. On this track, Josephine will pass just south of the Cape Verde Islands, tonight and tomorrow.
Maximum sustained winds are close to 40 mph, with higher gusts, and Josephine is forecast to increase in strength and could be a hurricane by tomorrow or Thursday.
Minimum central pressure is estimated to be 1005 mb.
Rainfall of 2 to 3 inches is possible over the Cape Verde Islands today
