We have all heard about and seen coverage on the devastation of Hurricane Harvey. A cataclysm of this degree demands action that supports not only the victims but also the brave volunteers that are putting themselves in harm's way to provide aid on site. For this reason, I am very pleased to share with you that the Coast Guard Foundation announced today, the activation of its Disaster Relief and Response Fund to assist Coast Guard Members impacted by Hurricane Harvey.
