Company news: Engel, one of the world’s largest brands of mobile 12-Volt refrigeration has launched a new X-large portable freezer, the Engel MT80. It is based on our popular dual voltage MT60 model with the same foot print and is just taller in height featuring an 84 qt. capacity which can hold about 120 pounds of food. This is new model joins the Engel lineup now featuring 8 models ranging in size from 14 to 84 qts. With its roots firmly planted in Africa and Australia, the Engel freezers have consistently out-performed, and dominated their competition in these harsh environments. Since 1967, over 3.6 million units have been very successfully sold internationally. They are considered world leaders with their efficient and vibration resistant compressor technology.
