Boat show news:

National Boat Shows are creating an exclusive restaurant at the London Boat Show in January. To bring a fine dining experience to the annual boating spectacle, Show organisers have partnered with Simon Parker Bowles’ Green’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar to create ‘Green's at the Semaphore Restaurant’.

The restaurant will be set amongst some of the world’s finest motor cruisers, complete with a purpose-built lighthouse, and will reflect the quality and style that Green’s is renowned for.

Simon Parker Bowles and his head chef will be creating a menu exclusively for ‘Green's at the Semaphore Restaurant’. It will be quintessentially British, and feature a daily selection of fresh fish and shellfish. A typical menu at Green’s features dishes such as; Smoked Fish Platter or Dorset Crab Salad followed by Whole Slip Sole with Wild Mushrooms, Roast Garlic and Parsley, or seared Line Caught Wild Sea Bass with Cannelini Beans, Parma Ham and Sage.

James Gower, Director of Marketing at National Boat Shows, says “We are really excited to be bringing Green’s to the London Boat Show in 2007. ‘Green’s at the Semaphore Restaurant’ will reflect the excellent cuisine and first-class service that our visitors have come to expect. We will be working closely with Simon Parker Bowles to create a unique dining experience that will excite and impress, whilst retaining the traditional style and character that makes Green’s unique.”
