Company news: Hubbell Marine has named Svendsen’s Marine and Diversified as its newest distributors on the West Coast. Hubbell Marine President Joe DiMaria made the announcement. Located in Alameda, California, Svendsen’s has been serving boaters since 1963. With a full staff of sailors and boaters, Svendsen’s offers one-of-a-kind expertise to owners all varieties of craft. In addition to their distribution services, Svendsen’s also offers full-service boat repair, rigging fabrication, boat sales and more. Diversified Marine has offices in Sacramento and Los Angeles as well as Spokane, Washington. With its wholesale focus on marine retail and service trade, Diversified stocks full inventories in three large warehouses. The company stresses commitment to service, and provides a comprehensive website for easy ordering. DiMaria said the new relationship with Svendsen’s and Diversified increases Hubbell’s visibility among marine retailers along the Pacific coast. “The West Coast has a thriving marine market and our new partnerships will help Hubbell strengthen its presence there,” he said. |
