Exhibition news:

RMS Titanic, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Exhibitions, Inc. (NASDAQ:PRXI) has announced that it will produce Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition at the Royal BC Museum in Victoria, British Columbia. The Exhibition is scheduled to open to the public on April 14, 2007, the 95th anniversary of Titanic's collision with an iceberg off the coast of the North Atlantic.

Appearing for the first time in Western Canada, this Blockbuster Exhibition, already seen by more than seventeen million visitors, will present a vast collection of more than 250 artifacts dramatically rescued from the ocean floor.

"The Royal BC Museum is a beautiful and compelling venue to present the story of Titanic and her passengers," stated Arnie Geller, President and CEO of Premier Exhibitions, Inc. "We look forward to presenting the Exhibition to the community and working with the team from the Royal BC Museum to make it an outstanding success."

"Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition isn't just about the sinking of the Titanic," says RBCM CEO Pauline Rafferty. "It reflects the impact this historic event continues to have on all of us almost a century later. And it tells the stories, and honors the memories, of the people who lived through - and lost their lives during - this tragic incident."

RMS Titanic, Inc. is the only company permitted by law to recover objects from the wreck of the Titanic. The Company was granted Salvor-in-possession rights to the wreck of Titanic by a United States federal court in 1994 and has conducted seven research and recovery expeditions to Titanic's debris field which recovered approximately 5,500 artifacts.
