Company news: Super sleek and packed full of every conceivable extra, the recent launch of the new Pantera 80GT has caused quite a stir. The 80GT is the first model in Pantera Yachts’ new range of power yachts from 80 to 110 feet, all of which will be fitted with Lewmar bow and stern thrusters, windlasses, capstans and hydraulics. Designed by Fabio Buzzi, the deep V hull shape allows comfortable cruising at high speeds, even in rough seas. The exterior profile is from the drawing board of Cor de Rover, with Evan Marshall being responsible for the interior styling brief. Pantera’s standard specifications include every possible extra, with the overall philosophy one of premium quality, comfort and luxury within a sleek exterior profile. Already the yard has a full order book for this new range of superyachts. The Pantera 80 GT is being built at Pantera´s 8.500m2 premises in Waalwijk, the Netherlands. The hull and deck are constructed in a lightweight Dual Resin (vinylester/epoxi) sandwich laminate, produced with state-of-the-art vacuum infusion technology. |
