Company news:

Voyage Partners has announced its new shared ownership program in which investors can purchase "lifetime" suites on luxury cruise ships, a business strategy stronger than conventional real estate that gives owners the opportunity to literally "make the world your home."

The shared ownership program divides elegant suites aboard newly refurbished vessels into four- or eight-week increments, allowing buyers to actually own a fraction of a cruising ship which visits the world's finest ports of call; Hong Kong, Bermuda, Stockholm, Nassau, London, Fiji, Casablanca, Copenhagen, Barcelona and more.

"This represents a rare yet attainable opportunity for investment speculators and cruising enthusiasts to add these incredible destinations to their 'real estate' portfolio," said Robin Stuart, Director of Voyage Partners, the marketing arm handling the shared ownership program for Condo Cruise Lines International.

"This is truly a purchase in 'world-estate' because, unlike traditional real estate, the cruise industry offers owners a home in every port. Rather than throw money away on a vacation every year, you can own your suite on every continent throughout the world. You can even cruise while renting out a part of your suite, gaining passive income and cruising for free."

Voyage Partners' cruises are premier experiences stocked with five-star amenities, yet without the price tag of comparable luxury cruises. Shared ownership begins at $90,000 for four weeks -- weeks you own for the life of that vessel and includes meals and services for two passengers. Unused cruise time rents publicly from $3,000 to $14,000 per week, making these vacation "homes" a prosperous income strategy.

For those with more than cruising on their mind, the Cruising for Kids Charitable Program allows benefactors to purchase a suite and donate it to any charity, thus creating tax advantages, and the charity then benefits by re-selling the donated weeks every year.

Operational costs and fuel are not incurred by suite owners; instead, a number of suites on every ship are rented to general consumers, creating income which covers each ship's expenses.
