Mumm Voyager kit is being launched at Skandia Cowes week in celebration of their 10th year of sponsorship. Harking back to the days when Champagne G.H.Mumm supported international adventurers and explorers, the kit is designed to carry and chill a bottle of champagne G.H.Mumm keeping it at optimum temperature for up to 12 hours.... long enough for you to round-the-island and then celebrate in style on your yacht! The kit is hand crafted using the finest Napa leather and contains a bottle of the celebrated Champagne G.H.Mumm Grand Cru, a chilling pack, leatherman, compass, serving mat and a silk map of the Champagne Region - enabling you to celebrate in style at the end of your hard day on the water! Georges Hermann Mumm, the founder of the champagne house, supported sailing back in 1904 when his friend Captain Charcot became the first Frenchman to reach the Antarctic and celebrate with a glass of G.H. Mumm Champagne. Ever since, we have been committed to celebrate remarkable feats of endurance and human achievement and that’s exactly what all the competitors of Skandia Cowes Week are still doing today.
