Boat show news:

This year at the Monaco Yacht show, Radio Holland will be part of the HISWA/Holland Yachting Group pavillion. At stand no. QD65, Radio Holland will show the further developed MIND Infotainment system, now including amongst others Video via Streaming Media.

Radio Holland has developed MIND, a concept where audio, video, monitoring & control and telephone system on board of vessels can be integrated in the ICT network. It is a total solution for ICT and multimedia equipment and its operation. Video and audio on demand, but also the control and operation of domestic appliances like lights and blinds can be part of the solution, as well as a wireless computer network (WiFi). All of this can be controlled via pocket PC or PDA. An integrated Voice over IP system makes it possible to connect telephones to the same network, but also turn the pocket PC into a wireless telephone.

All standard network possibilities like office applications as well as safe and controllable data connections for internet and email are part of this concept. Radio Holland can offer a complete solution, all over one type of cable, which is a unique technological innovation suitable for various types of vessels. Every infotainment system is tailormade and modular, where the yachtowner or builder can select those applications or functions suitable and necessary for his ship(s). Radio Holland also provides technical support through remote diagnostics to the ship at sea, as well as airtime solutions for the satellite communication applications within the MIND system.

The infotainment system is on show at the Radio Holland stand QD65 at the Monaco Yacht Show.
