Egypt. $300 million marina resort to be built at Sahl Hashish |

The Egyptian Company for Touristic Resorts and developer, Al Shahin Group for Investments, a have signed a contract for the sale of 1.5 million square metres at Sahl Hashish, on which the Jordanian group will build a marina resort at a cost of $300 million.
Tourist Minister Zuheir Garana has said that the government will sell land to both local and overseas developers at a nominal rate, to boost the tourist industry that is vital to the Egyptian economy.
