Adrian Flanagan:
"Yesterday at 1900 UCT (7 in the evening UK time) I logged 21,600 miles, this is the distance around the circumference of the earth!!! 229 days at sea. So while I have not yet completed a circumnavigation route, I have now covered the minimum distance. I am about 70 miles from the antipodal point - should get there tomorrow a.m. my time, then make my turn for the ice!"
