Cruising news: The exciting news Barefoot Music Cruise begins July 2nd and cruise on Sundays all summer long. Hornblower takes a great local band set up on the sundeck of their flagship yacht the Lord Hornblower and mixes in refreshing drink & food specials all combined in a fun two-hour afternoon cruise. Enjoy the music, dance or relax. Bring your sunscreen because you'll want to be outside to enjoy the incredible views of San Diego as you sail past the Star of India, the Midway Aircraft Carrier, cruise under the Coronado Bridge and you'll see live Sea Lions near Point Loma. Hornblower Cruises continues a tradition of successfully combining unique experiences together to offer amazing events. The Barefoot Music Cruise boards at 2:30 p.m. every Sunday afternoon on Hornblower from July 2nd- Sept. 3rd, 2006 and cruises 3:00-5:00 p.m. can be purchased at the ticket booth located at 1066 North Harbor Drive, downtown San Diego, online at www.hornblower.com/barefoot or by calling 619-686-8715. Favored local musical artists scheduled to appear include Sue Palmer Quartet, Dave Patrone, Cape May, Jump Jones and The Stilettos to name a few. All acts will be performing on the expansive sundeck up high above the water for best views on the 3rd floor of the Hornblower flagship called the Lord Hornblower with capacity for 800 guests. The Barefoot Music Cruise was created in honor of Hornblower's 25th anniversary. The company has 28 charter yachts throughout California in San Diego, San Francisco, Newport Beach, Marina del Rey and Long Beach. |
