Bruno Peyron
“I really don’t want to comment any more about this series of lies; I let these people take responsibility for their acts. Justice has been clear about it and any more comment should be just a waste of time .
I only want to say that the whole G Class process was stopped and almost killed during 2 years (the time while these people were acting in a non professional way) and, when all this stopped, new G Class projects were launched …and our vision started to become possible again.
So …”No comment”, this is sad but this is now “history”.
I say “Welcome” to the new comers for a good spirited fight around the oceans in the G Class World Championship.
The day that we see 8 to 10 giant multihulls, racing together at 40 knots plus, I will be proud of the work we have done in the past 10 years .
My secret goal is that we’ll see at least the same number of G Class multihulls produced as there were J Class yachts. In the history of that Class there were ten built, between 1930 and 1937, the last being “Ranger”.
Orange II is the G7, Groupama will be the G8, Banque Populaire will be the G9. G 10 and G 11 should be announced in the coming months, so may be my dream will come true soon.
