Press release: Powerboat lights can take a pounding from waves, weather and corrosion. Innovative Lighting's motorized and manual telescoping stern lights have been redesigned with a long-lasting LED lamp and a new lens. The All-Round PowerLight and All-Round Extend-A-Light now feature a durable LED lamp rated at 50,000 hours instead of Xenon bulbs. Unlike incandescent bulbs, these solid-state LEDs are shock- and vibration-proof. This sealed circuitry also resists corrosion. Drawing only 3 watts of power, the energy-efficient LED lights work with 12-volt DC systems and operate with existing switches. Replacement bulbs are available for older models. Suited for powerboats up to 65', the PowerLight and Extend-A-Light install easily. Mounted on rugged, stainless steel shafts, both models are available in 4', 5' or 6' lengths. When not in use, they rest in a self-contained storage area, which requires 18" of under-deck space. The motorized All-Round PowerLight employs automatic up/down operation. Ignition protected, it is IMCI certified for ISO regulation 8846. Easily pulled up or down by hand, the All-Round Extend-A-Light ratchets as it extends to stay securely in place. The retail price for the All-Round Extend-A-Light ranges from $94 to $99, and the All-Round PowerLight retails from $179 to $199. |
