As the introduction of fiberglass into the manufacturing process revolutionized the marine industry decades ago, so will DealersCircle’s new and improved web-based marine application.
“We analyzed customer feedback from numerous dealers and marine manufacturers on how we could make our management program even better,” said DealersCircle President Jamie Gaskins. “We then implemented revisions to the program producing an even more simplified, user-friendly interface. Our team constantly strives to keep our program on the cutting edge of technology, and our new wizard-based software changes have done just that.”
Several new program revisions are now making it even easier for the end-users to effectively navigate through the software, which allows them to save precious time and money.
Standard Windows-style drop-down menus: Navigation tabs have been replaced with more descriptive windows-style menus promoting ease of use and less mouse clicks needed to navigate the system.
New user-friendly workflow screens: Important data, such as quotes, orders, and warranty claims, can be accessed, searched, and tracked even faster than before.
Wizard-style system updates: These updates simplify the functionality by prompting the user for the next step to track boats, whether for order, stock or the customer.
Warranty wizard enhancements: All warranty screens throughout the program have been simplified with evolutionary changes producing faster navigation and claim submission/tracking.
More descriptive text explains better what each component of the program does creating easier user interfaces.
Increased functionality: The underlying framework has been revised for more accurate and simplified tracking of prospects, current owners and boat orders. These new framework revisions will also allow future changes to be made faster and more efficiently.
