Sense Holdings, Inc. a developer of next-generation biometric and explosive detection security technologies for government and commercial security markets, has announced that it will present its homeland security industry business initiatives to investment professionals at the Equities 55th Anniversary Conference, to be held April 21, 2006, in New York City.
Sense CEO Dore S. Perler will provide a detailed review of the Company's advanced product development programs for the homeland security industry. These include next-generation lightweight, handheld explosive and chemical threat detectors based on the Company's proprietary Micro Electro-Mechanical Sensor (MEMS) technology. Sense is developing the next-generation explosive detection devices under a cooperative research and development agreement with the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
Mr. Perler will also discuss the Company's recently announced product, the CheckPrint Cruisetracker Vessel Access System (CPVAS), to address port security needs in the maritime cargo shipping and cruise industries. The CPVAS system is based on the Company's proprietary technologies in the field of biometrics security.
