USA. Yamaha Marine honours field service top achievers |

Awards news:
In a recent awards ceremony, Yamaha Marine honored members of its field service department for excellence in leadership and customer and dealer satisfaction. Each year, Yamaha recognizes a District Service Representative (DSR) and a Regional Technical Advisor (RTA) who exhibit excellence in service leadership by not only meeting or exceeding their targets but who also excel in teamwork, innovation and creativity. For 2005, the awards went to Senior District Service Representative Tim Smith and District Service Representative David Mitas, who was a Regional Technical Advisor at the time of the award.
In addition, Yamaha recognizes those who meet or exceed targets for dealer training, total primary dealer visits, or in the case of Regional Technical Advisors, completed technical assistance cases, with a Dealer Support Award. The winners are as follows: John Corlett (DSR); Anthony DePasquale (DSR); William Matthews (RTA); Don Meyer (DSR); David Mitas (RTA); Kerry Schroeder (DSR);Richard Sivils (DSR); Tim Smith (DSR).
Yamaha also acknowledged those who meet or exceed targets for Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings based on dealer and end-user customer surveys with a Customer Satisfaction Award. The winners are as follows: Bruce Addison (DSR); Richard Biel (DSR); Greg Brown (DSR); John Corlett (DSR); Anthony DePasquale (DSR); Ron Dorsey (DSR); Paul Fobare (DSR); Curt Gilliam (DSR); Pat Lanius (DSR); Jody Lemme (DSR); Don Meyer (DSR); David Mitas (RTA); Kerry Schroeder (DSR); Richard Sivils (DSR); Tim Smith (DSR); Greg Stull (RTA); Don Taylor (DSR).
Chuck Evans (RTA) and Tim Frear (DSR) not only exceeded their targets for CSI ratings, but they had the highest CSI scores. |
