In order to accomplish the most unified front among its dealers, Mastry Engine Center is participating in Yanmar's Dealer Program. By utilizing this approach the company will continue to strengthen dealer communications and sales.

The initiative, created to provide significant focus on boat owners, was released by Yanmar Marine USA Corporation in November. By creating a program of consistency, all customers will receive the same support throughout the service network.

To help achieve these goals, Rick Myrick and Doug Dykens have shifted their responsibilities to Dealer Development. Myrick's responsibilities will include assisting in communication between Mastry and its dealers while Dykens will be involved with training and instructing in the new facility.

"Between Mastry, Yanmar distributors and Yanmar, we're heading in the right direction," said Myrick. "This is a necessary program to give customers what they deserve."

Mastry has rated all of its dealers on service, sales, tools and signage and places them in the appropriate category: Gold, Silver or Bronze. This classification helps customers understand the level of service each dealer can provide
