Shore Team:

As the boys enter their last stage of their Atlantic challenge, they are now pushing harder than ever for the finish line, still battling against the elements. Only yesterday Spirit of Cornwall abandoned their boat after it capsized only 200 miles from the finish line.

Every member who has taken up the Atlantic challenge has experienced a life as we do not know, but others, more unfortunate ones, live this life all the time. This challenge was taken up to help raise money for the well deserved charity Hope and Homes for Children. In a last attempt to raise money for this charity a competition is being held to guess the finish time for Atlantic Challenge.

A £2 entry must be paid to the charity via www.justgiving.com a link on the Atlantic warrior’s homepage, and a day and time guessed to the nearest minute. The winner will receive a bottle of Champagne presented by the newly ‘World record holders’ of the youngest pair to complete the challenge, Tom & Charles themselves. On donating £2 the comments field in the donation page, must be filled in with ?Time challenge? and an email sent to bandb2005@hotmail.com with the subject, ?Time challenge Sunday 12.00? where Sunday 12.00 is your guess. Failure to do this will result in your guess being invalidated.

This is a great opportunity to show Tom and Charles your continued support, and to congratulate them on their super human effort in this challenge. Please forward this to as many people as you can, it only costs £2
Atlantic Warrior is crewed by Charles Bairsto and Tom Bright from Bristol UK http://www.humanedgetech.com/expedition/atlanticrowers/ http://www.atlanticrowingrace.co.uk
