Boat builder news: The atmosphere within the Tiara Yachts booth during last year’s Miami Boat Show was electric. On display for the first time were our new Tiara Tournament Series (TTS) group of options for our Open models and the new open cockpit design on our 5200 Sovran Salon. Very popular attractions however, it was certainly the 4000 Sovran with Volvo Penta IPS drive that stole the show. Thousands of people showed up to see the model and propulsion system that was, and remains, the talk of the industry. For this year’s show, February 16 – 20, 2006, we have our sights set even higher with even more products on display, including new models and special packages. We announce the first public showing of our all-new 3000 Open. Highlighted by a christening that will take place Thursday the 16th at 11am within our display at the Miami Convention Center, this will be a celebration of the boat that is sure to be the prototype of our Open segment. Fish or cruise, this boat is equally adept as it features a comfortable and unique interior featuring plenty of social space and storage, and our traditional cockpit design allows for angling or any other activity that strikes your fancy – all of this in a wrapper that is pure Tiara Yachts Open. In addition to the products noted above and the rest of our excellent options of fishing and cruising vessels from 29 to 52 feet in length, we are featuring our all-new entry into the fly bridge sport fishing market, the 3900 Convertible. Equipped for angling and built with the comfort and performance qualities characteristic of a Tiara Yacht, this new boat will be on hand in the water at the Sea Isle Marina and Yachting Center, and at our booth in the Miami Convention Center.
