Marian Martin The official line, on the London Boat Show is that the aisles are heaving, there are queues to get on board, attendance is way up and there are pictures to prove it. Visitors are saying the aisles are quiet, there are no queues, attendance is down and they too have the pictures to prove it. More than one has wondered “Have I been to the same show?” The burning questions seem to be “What is the latest London Boat Show really like?” “What is it bringing to the industry?” Is it either needed, or wanted?” At the start of its London show report, BYM asks Is London a Boat Show too many? |
