Company news:

During the past several quarters, we have faced the challenge of completing acquisitions, resolving items left by former management, and establishing a funding source. We decided not to make announcements until these items had been resolved. During the next several weeks, the culmination of these efforts will be announced. The New Year will bring a new era and opportunity to our company, including a name change. Our asset base and revenue have changed dramatically. The latest capital infusion will allow us to accelerate growth in all divisions, while maintaining stability. We are anticipating a strong year end.

Aqua Xtremes has released our initial production run of XBoards for manufacturing. We are, momentarily, expecting test results regarding EPA. Aqua's XBoard will be featured December 31 - January 8 as one of fifteen new innovative water craft in the main entrance of the Javits Center at the New York boat show, inaugurating a new dynamic "Personal Water Craft Era."

Xtreme Engines, Rotary Engine Inc. and Aqua Xtremes research and development group have combined in one facility in Florida. By consolidating these operations, we are no longer duplicating our efforts, and overheads. We are presently setting up the operation and equipment, and plan to be fully functional in January.

Our wholly owned subsidiary, Nacio has made tremendous strides in the managed hosting business and has received our SAS 70 certificate and has launched Attest, an internal audit software program. The company is growing and setting new standards for the industry. We are exploring entering both horizontal and vertical markets to be able to offer a more diverse array of products to our current and future clients...

I am very optimistic about the events going forward, and appreciate your support and faith in our company. I am personally making a point to be in better communication with our shareholders, as both I and the company appreciate the faith you have in Nova.

Arthur Robins, CEO Nova Communications Ltd.
