Property news:
The developers of Chub Cay Marina & Resort say that the introduction of Conch Point, a private island enclave within the island, and Marina Village, a collection of waterfront townhouses overlooking the island’s harbour, has been greeted with an enthusiastic response and immediate sales, since it was unveiled during the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
“The instantaneous positive reaction and demand from buyers is truly gratifying.” said Maura Brassil, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “These new elements broaden the appeal even more of this already unique tropical island enclave. Phase One and Phase Two provide a variety of homes, sites and options to appeal to different individual preferences and we are confident sales will continue to surge.” said Brassil.
Conch Point – The Tropical Island Within The Island
Designed for those who live life on a grand scale, Conch Point is located on the north side of the marina inlet and features custom waterfront home sites that capture sweeping Caribbean vistas. Most will have the capacity for private docks. Only 19 full-acre and half-acre sites are being offered for purchase. In fact, more than a quarter of the multi-million dollar sites (ranging in value from $1.2 million - $3.5million) on Conch Point were sold at the show. Each home site will accommodate a two-story home up to 8,000 square feet with ample space for a separate 800-square-foot guesthouse. Construction on Conch Point is set to begin at the end of 2006.
Marina Village – Living Harbourside
An exclusive collection of 50 townhouses overlooking the island’s spectacular marina and harbour will afford residents all exceptional privacy, while living within walking distance of beaches, the marina, restaurants, shops and the Chub Cay Club. The town homes will reflect the classic architectural style of the historic harborside towns throughout the Bahamas. Residents can choose from two, three or four bedroom homes to best suit their needs. Prices for these sites begin in the $400,000 range. During the unveiling of Marina Village, 12 out of 48 available sites were sold on the spot. Construction is set to begin at the end 2006.
