Company news:
SailTime, the industry-leading fractional sailing company, is launching its two new sailing bases at Lymington and Brighton – adding to existing centres in Poole, Hamble and Port Solent. With the launch of Lymington and Brighton, SailTime® Members will have a wider choice of places to sail from. The launch takes place on stand N1732 at the London Boat Show, 6 – 15 January 2006.
The Lymington base will be run by Richard Pierpoint, who is also Base Owner of Hamble, SailTime’s flagship in the UK. The Brighton base will be run by Rob Owen who is also the Base Owner of SailTime in Port Solent.
“SailTime officially launched in the UK at the London Boat Show in 2005, so we are delighted to be able to show the growth and success of SailTime on its first anniversary. SailTime’s new bases at Lymington and Brighton will offer SailTime Members a variety of places to sail from, and reflect the huge growth in popularity of the SailTime programme.” explains Jonathan Duffy, Vice President of Marketing for the SailTime Licensing Group.
A SailTime Membership operates similarly to a health and fitness membership. In return for a monthly fee, a Member has regular flexible access to their quality and highly specified Bénéteau Océanis yacht – they simply arrive and sail!
SailTime Membership is an all inclusive fee, covering marina fees, insurance, maintenance and servicing - right down to the fuel and gas! The all inclusive fee is less than the cost of the marina berth alone, making SailTime a unique and affordable concept.
Members have a minimum of seven guaranteed uses of the yacht each month, and through the ‘as available’ booking access this can be considerably more. |
