Show Exhibition news:

With 90% of the available space already booked 3 months in advance of the show, the 2006 Auckland International Boat Show is looking to continue its growth and build on its already-strong following from both marine industry exhibitors and the boating public.

The 2006 Auckland International Boat Show on March 8-12 will again be held in Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour, in the heart of Auckland City and close to the spectacular Hauraki Gulf and its myriad of islands.

With its early March show date, the Auckland International Boat Show takes advantage of Auckland’s warm coastal climate to showcase New Zealand’s world-renowned marine industry and its excellence in maritime design and build.

Surrounded by world-class seaside restaurants, bars and bistros, the Auckland International Boat Show is perfectly positioned: just a short walk from both central city hotels and the internationally-regarded Westhaven Yacht Refit Centre and 2000-berth marina.

As always, the 2006 Auckland International Boat Show will feature a specially constructed floating marina where hundreds of high-class vessels ¾ power and sail, new and used, private, charter and classic ¾ will be on display.

Close by, on adjacent Te Whero Island (in the middle of the Viaduct Harbour) and, at the other end of the show’s marina in the Viaduct Harbour Marine Village, the latest marine engines, electronics and accessories will again be on display, making the Auckland International Boat Show a true one-stop shop for all marine requirements.
