Press release: Representing a diverse group of agencies, the new National Marine Representatives Association (NMRA) board members and officers officially took their seats at the recent Marine Aftermarket Accessories Trade Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Jim Hannan of Midwest Outdoor Marketing, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is the new president of the organization. Jay Sanders of West Coast Sales, Vista, California serves as vice president while Norm MacLeod of ComMar Sales, Tiverton, Rhode Island assumes the role of treasurer. Tim Luehmann of SM Osgood Co. in Eden Prairie, Minnesota is the organization's new secretary. Chris Byal of JB Dunn Company, Bradenton, Florida, is now the past president. Three new members were elected to serve three-year terms on the eight-seat board of directors. They are Charles A. Perry, III of Charles A. Perry & Co., Jacksonville, Florida; Chris Kelly of Waters & David Co., Gretna, Louisiana; and Bill Wickes of Wickes Marine, Tiverton, Rhode Island. Current board members hail from a variety of locations including Florida, Texas, California and Canada. "The NMRA elects a diverse group of officers and board members to provide its members with the experience and insight of agencies from across North America," said Hannan. "We need to be able to relate to the issues all our members face."
