Good Ora wind, enough to sail three races for the Laser 4000 and four races for the Laser 5000, with the organization of the Fraglia della Vela. Tomorrow last day for both the European (Laser 5000) and the Italia Cup (Laser 4000) regattas, with the last races scheduled in the Notice of Race. This the temporary rankings Laser 5000 after eight races, one discard: 1.Jim Daldwin (1.1.1.1.3.3.1.2), 2. Martin Wadsworth (2.2.2.3.1.1.2.1), 3. Iain Lewis (3.3.3.2.5.2.5.6). Among the Laser 4000, Roberto Caresani (Yacht Club Como) reaches two victories and a second place; two second places and one first place for Luca Bacci (Circolo Canottieri Domaso), third place for Fabio Cattaneo, club-mate of Caresani, with a nineth place in the first race, and two third places. This the temporary rankings after three races: 1. Caresani (Y.C. Como – 1.1.2), 2. Bacci (C.C.Domaso – 2.2.1), 3. Cattaneo (Y.C.Como – 9.3.3). Tomorrow, Sunday 10th, for what concernes the day “ENEL centrali aperte”, the Fraglia della Vela will organize on the lake of Toblino a regatta for the Optimist class. |
