Press release: The Nautor Group is pleased to announce its presence at the China International Boat Show in Shanghai, where it will present its full portfolio of products and services, including information on the extensive Nautor’s Swan model range, Nautor’s Swan Charter and Brokerage and the recently established Custom Yachts Division. There will also be an area dedicated to Camper & Nicholsons, where information will be available on the new powerboat Endeavour 42. The Boat Show runs from 8-11 April 2005 at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre and The Nautor Group will be located at Stand 89.Nautor’s Swan became one of the first international brands to establish itself in Shanghai in the early 1990’s. Since then, the Chinese yachting market has expanded and continues to do so, with yachting becoming an inreasingly popular pastime. China’s ongoing marine development is paving the way for this vibrant country to increase its popularity as a pleasure boating haven. Nautor’s Swan is committed to assisting this growth by confirming its position as a leading luxury yacht manufacturer in this rapidly developing market. Visitors to the Nautor stand at the China International Boat Show can find out about the entire SwanLine, including the latest additions to the cruising range such as the Swan 46 and Swan 53, as well as performance models such as the Swan 601. The Swan 601 is the second One-Design model to be launched by Nautor’s Swan, following the enormous success of the Swan 45. The Swan 46 and Swan 53 are the most recent models to emerge from Nautor’s Swan’s cruising range. Both yachts are available in two versions; a standard traditional keel with single rudder and an optional alternative with daggerboard and twin rudders, for sailing in shallower waters. The Swan 46 attracted considerable attention at the recent European boat shows, and the Swan 53, which will take to the water in May, is sure to recreate its success. Both new and existing models in the entire Nautor’s Swan range are continuously being revised and modernised, ensuring the company remains active and open to developments within the sailing world. Visitors to the Nautor stand will be able to view information on other services recently introduced to The Nautor Group such as Fractional Ownership, the Custom Yachts Division and Nautor’s Swan Charter and Brokerage. Fractional Ownership enables a number of select individuals to co-own an impressive yacht such as the Swan 100S, and experience the ‘Spirit of Swan’ while cruising in various locations around the world, without the difficulties of running and maintaining such a large vessel. Nautor’s recently launched Custom Yachts Division has a number of exciting projects currently in the pipeline including the Nautor 76 Ocean Runner, designed by Luca Brenta.
